ABSTRACT

Osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) is a painful and debilitating disease caused by impaired blood supply to the femoral head and cellular and tissue degeneration, leading to gradual destruction of the bone structure and progressive collapse of the femoral head. The main pathological mechanism of ONFH is the disruption of the balance between bone absorption and the reconstruction of new bone, resulting from microcirculation damage and decreased cellular tissue ability. This imbalance leads to biomechanical changes and accelerates the pathological progression of ONFH. In the early stages, clinical manifestations may not be obvious, mainly presenting as pain or discomfort in the hip or groin area, which can be relieved after rest. In the later stage of the disease, pain intensifies, and limb shortening, lower limb weakness, difficulty walking, or limping may occur. Currently, western medicine commonly uses osteogenic agents, anticoagulants, and artificial joint replacement for treatment, but there are also many issues such as prosthesis loosening and infection. Research has shown that traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of ONFH takes a holistic approach and employs multi-functional, multi-target, and multi-system Chinese medicine therapies, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the treatment. The osteoprotegerin (OPG)/receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB (RANK)/RANK ligand (RANKL) signaling pathway plays a crucial role in maintaining the dynamic balance of bone remodeling. TCM treatments utilize this pathway to promote apoptosis of osteoclasts, reduce bone resorption, and accelerate bone formation, thereby playing an important role in the prevention and treatment of ONFH. This paper reviewed the role of OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway and related cytokine expression in ONFH by reviewing relevant literature in China and abroad and research status of Chinese medicinal monomers, Chinese medicinal formulations, and combinations with physical therapy in increasing osteoblast secretion, promoting OPG expression, enhancing cytokine expression levels, and inhibiting osteoclast activity for the prevention and treatment of ONFH. This paper is expected to provide new ideas and directions for TCM in the prevention and treatment of ONFH.

ABSTRACT

Ambulatory percutaneous nephrolithotomy (APNL) is the mode of treatment in which patients are admitted to hospital for percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PNL) and discharged smoothly within 24 hours, and the total length of hospital stay in special cases is less than 48 hours. APNL can optimize the utilization of hospital beds and upgrade patients’ satisfaction. Miniaturized channel has been applied to the preliminary exploration of APNL. The mode is often operated with paravertebral block and partial or total tubeless after surgery, which can reduce postoperative pain and shorten hospital stay. Meanwhile, the stone-free rate and postoperative complication rate are not significantly different from those of PNL. The key of successful APNL depends on strict screening of cases, and careful formulating of clinical pathways and emergency plans to standardize medical practices and improve service efficiency. This article reviews the clinical safety and efficacy of APNL and summarizes the criteria for selecting cases suitable for this mode.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To produce 68Ga and automatically synthesize 68Ga-labeled drugs based on low-energy medical cyclotron solid target system. Methods:68Zn was electroplated on the surface of the target by electrodeposition. According to the principle of 68Zn(p, n) 68Ga nuclear reaction, 68Zn was irradiated by the 10 MeV medical cyclotron solid target system (30 μA, 30 min) to produce 68Ga, and the activity, nuclear purity, half-life and content of metal impurities of purified product were determined. 68Ga-prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-11 and 68Ga-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraacetic acid- D-Phe1-Tyr3-Thr8-octreotide (DOTATATE) were synthesized automatically using 68Ga respectively, and the quality control analyses of drug properties, concentration, pH, radiochemical purity, sterility and bacterial endotoxin were carried out. Results:The electroplating mass of 68Zn was (43.71±0.87) mg ( n=35), the yield of 68Ga after irradiation was (10.96±0.67) GBq ( n=35), and the measured half-life was (67.64±0.06) min ( n=7). Only 511 keV energy peak was detected by the gamma spectrometer. After purification, (6.85±0.12) GBq ( n=35) of pure 68Ga was obtained, and the purification efficiency was (62.46±0.96)% (non-attenuated correction, n=35). The metal impurity contents of Zn and Fe were (0.18±0.06) and (1.25±0.43) μg/GBq ( n=5), which met the requirements of European Pharmacopoeia. Three batches of 68Ga-PSMA-11 and 68Ga-DOTATATE were automatically synthesized, with the yield, concentration and radiochemical purity of (3.54±0.14) and (2.74±0.20) GBq, (294.97±11.58) and (228.17±16.32) GBq/L, (99.73±0.11)% and (99.45±0.25)%, respectively. Both sterility and bacterial endotoxin were qualified. ABSTRACT

Objective:To prepare 89Zr labeled Daratumumab and evaluate its feasibility in the imaging diagnosis of multiple myeloma (MM). Methods:According to the principle of 89Y (p, n) 89Zr nuclear reaction, 89Zr was produced by cyclotron solid target system (30 μA, 1.5 h) and automatic purification module. The radionuclide purity, half-life and impurity metal ion concentration were detected. Desferrioxamine (DFO) was coupled with Daratumumab and then chelated with 89Zr to prepare 89Zr-DFO-Daratumumab. The quality control analyses of three consecutive batches were carried out. Pharmacokinetic evaluation and 89Zr-DFO-Daratumumab microPET/CT imaging were performed in normal rabbits and orthotopic myeloma mouse models, respectively. The SUV in situ myeloma and that in normal bone were compared by independent-sample t test. Results:About 560 MBq of 89Zr was obtained, and there were only two characteristic energy peaks of 89Zr (909 keV and 511 keV) by γ spectrometer. The half-life of 89Zr was 78.2 h, and the content of metal impurities was small. 89Zr-DFO-Daratumumab was prepared with pH of 7.2, radiochemical purity of more than 99%, good stability in vitro, and sterility and endotoxin tests were passed. Pharmacokinetic studies in rabbits showed that 89Zr-DFO-Daratumumab was gradually distributed from blood to liver, spleen, kidney and bone joints over time and metabolism. The results of microPET/CT imaging in orthotopic myeloma mouse models showed that the SUVs of 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab in situ myeloma were significantly higher than those in normal bone (2 h: 0.22±0.02 vs 0.06±0.00; 1 d: 0.38±0.01 vs 0.08±0.00; t values: 8.89, 21.90, both P=0.001). Conclusion:89Zr and 89Zr-DFO-daratumumab are successfully prepared, and relevant quality control and biological evaluation in vivo and in vitro are completed, which verify the feasibility of 89Zr-DFO-Daratumumab in the imaging diagnosis of MM, thus laying a foundation for clinical transformation.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To assess the imaging characteristics of muscle FDG metabolism, tumor incidence, and pulmonary interstitial changes in patients with anti-melanoma differentiation-associated gene 5 (MDA5) antibody positivity in 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging, and the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in differentiating anti-MDA5 antibody positive dermatomyositis. Methods:From June 2016 to July 2019, the PET/CT images of 75 patients with dermatomyositis (21 males, 54 females, age (52.3±14.3) years; 34 anti-MDA5 antibody positive and 41 anti-MDA5 antibody negative) and 30 healthy controls (10 males, 20 females; age (53.5±11.8) years) were retrospectively analyzed in Renji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. The SUV max of muscle was measured and the mean of SUV max (mSUV max) was calculated. Statistics of patients with dermatomyositis complicated with neoplastic lesions and the SUV max of pneumonia lesions in patients with dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia was determined. Independent sample t test, one-way analysis of variance, Student-Newman-Keuls (SNK) test and χ2 test were used to analyze data. The ROC curve analysis was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of mSUV max for the differential diagnosis of anti-MDA5 antibody positive dermatomyositis. Results:The muscle mSUV max of the control group, anti-MDA5 antibody positive and negative groups were 0.39±0.05, 0.66±0.21 and 0.87±0.29 ( F=39.93, P<0.001), respectively. The muscle mSUV max of dermatomyositis patients was increased compared with healthy controls ( q values: 6.76, 12.63, both P<0.001), and the muscle mSUV max of anti-MDA5 antibody negative was higher than positive ( q=5.79, P<0.001). The AUC was 0.74, and the cut-off value of muscle mSUV max was 0.75 with the accuracy of 74.7%(56/75). Of 41 patients with negative anti-MDA5 antibody, there were 6 (14.6%) had malignant tumor, while there was no malignant tumor in patients with positive anti-MDA5 antibody (0/34; χ2=5.41, P=0.020). There were 11 patients (26.8%, 11/41) with anti-MDA5 antibody negative dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia and 33 patients (97.1%, 33/34) with anti-MDA5 antibody positive dermatomyositis complicated with interstitial pneumonia ( χ2=37.81, P<0.001). FDG metabolism in anti-MDA5 antibody positive patients was higher than that in anti-MDA5 antibody negative patients (lesion SUV max: 3.65±1.83 and 2.38±1.27; t=2.13, P=0.039). Conclusions:The muscle FDG metabolism of anti-MDA5 antibody positive dermatomyositis patients is higher than that of healthy controls, but lower than that of anti-MDA5 antibody negative patients. The incidence of neoplastic lesions in patients with positive anti-MDA5 antibody is lower than that in patients with negative anti-MDA5 antibody. The proportion and severity of interstitial pneumonia are higher in patients with positive anti-MDA5 antibody than in those with negative anti-MDA5 antibody. 18F-FDG PET/CT has certain value on identifying anti-MDA5 antibody positive dermatomyositis.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To observe any effect of aerobic exercise on lipid deposition in the liver and monoacylglycerol O-acyltransferase 1 (MGAT1) signaling in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD).Methods:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were fed a 45% diet fat for 6 weeks, after which they were confirmed to have NAFLD. The rats were then randomly divided into an exercise group, a sedentary group and a diet adjustment group. The exercise and sedentary groups remained on the high-fat diet, but the exercise group underwent 8 weeks of aerobic exercise, while the diet adjustment group returned to a normal diet without any exercise. After the intervention, lipid accumulation in liver tissues was detected by hematoxylin-eosin staining and hepatic steatosis indices were calculated. Liver MGAT1 and the expression of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor γ (PPARγ) protein were detected using western blotting. Results:Liver steatosis indices in the exercise and the diet adjustment groups had decreased significantly after the eight weeks. The expression of MGAT1 protein had decreased significantly in the exercise group and the expression of PPARγ protein had increased significantly. Compared with the sedentary group, no significant changes were observed in the expression of MGAT1 protein in the livers of the diet adjustment group, though their average PPARγ protein expression had increased significantly. Compared with the diet adjustment group, the average liver steatosis index had increased significantly in the exercise group, but the expression of MGAT1 protein had decreased significantly. Conclusions:Aerobic exercise can significantly improve liver lipid deposition in NAFLD, at least in rats. The mechanism may be related to inhibition of the MGAT1 signal pathway. Aerobic exercise may be a rehabilitation intervention for NAFLD patients.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the kinetic metrics of 68Ga-fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI)-04 in pancreatic cancers and normal organs by using total-body PET dynamic imaging. Methods:From December 2020 to December 2021, 68Ga-FAPI-04 total-body PET/CT dynamic imaging were performed on 6 pancreatic cancer patients (3 males, 3 females, median age 55.5 years) in Ren Ji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Images were respectively analyzed. Manual delineations of volume of interests (VOIs) on multiple normal organs and pathological lesions were performed and time-to-activity curves (TACs) were generated. A reversible two-tissue compartment model (2TCM) was fitted for each tissue TAC. Rate constants including K1, k2, k3 and k4, and the total volume of distribution ( Vt) were obtained and compared by tissue types. Wilcoxon rank sum test and Spearman correlation analysis were used for data analysis. Results:Kinetic metrics varied significantly among normal organs and pancreatic cancer lesions ( z values: 2.00-1 240.00, all P<0.05). The highest K1 among lesions was observed in primary tumor (0.30 min -1), which was observed in the spleen (1.42 min -1) among normal organs. The highest k2 among lesions was observed in peritoneal metastases (0.24 min -1), which was observed in the spleen (2.59 min -1) among normal organs. Primary tumor showed the highest k3 of 0.17 min -1 among lesions, and the pancreas had the highest k3 of 0.16 min -1 among normal organs. Primary tumor had the highest k4 of 0.03 min -1 among lesions, and the heart, lungs, parotid glands had high k4(0.06 min -1) among normal organs. Vt were higher in pathological lesions compared to normal organs, with the highest in primary tumor (13.78 ml/cm 3). There were correlations between Vt in lesions and SUV mean( rs=0.86, P<0.001) or SUV max ( rs=0.77, P<0.001). Conclusion:The rate constants including K1, k2, k3 and k4, and Vt of 68Ga-FAPI-04 vary among normal organs and lesions.

ABSTRACT

Metabolic reprogramming is a hallmark of tumors. Tumors own unique metabolic patterns in different stages of their occurrence and development. The stable isotope metabolic flux analysis technology uses stable isotope to trace the metabolites in tumors and crystallize tumor metabolism network. Stable isotope metabolic flux analysis is a useful tool for studying tumor metabolism, which can determine the nutritional sources, find the metabolic liabilities, confirm the metabolic pattern of tumors, and discover new mechanisms of tumor metabolic reprogramming, thus providing theoretical bases for imaging, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of tumor. This article reviews the applications of stable isotope flux analysis in tumor metabolic reprogramming.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To evaluate the specificity of 68Ga-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraazacyclododecane-1, 4, 7, 10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)-Ser-Asn-Thr-Arg-Val-Ala-Pro (SNTRVAP, VAP) molecular probe targeting glucose-regulated protein 78(GRP78) in vivo and in vitro and the feasibility of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP microPET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of GRP78-positive tumors. Methods:68Ga-DOTA-VAP was prepared by the combination of bifunctional chelating agent DOTA and VAP, followed by 68Ga labeling. Western blotting experiment was perfomed to detect the expression of GRP78 in U87MG, BxPC-3, and 293T cell lines, at the same time, cold polypeptide blocked experiments were conducted to verify the specific binding of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP to cells. U87MG and BxPC-3 subcutaneous transplantation tumor mouse models were established and the biodistribution of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP were explored in vivo. The imaging effect of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP in GRP78-positive tumor-bearing mouse models was evaluated by microPET/CT. Independent-sample t test, one-way analysis of variance and Dunnett t test were used for data analysis. Results:68Ga-DOTA-VAP was easily prepared with labeling yield and radiochemical purity >98%. It had good stability in vitro, and its radiochemical purity was still (98.27±0.22)% after 2 h. GRP78 was highly expressed in U87MG and BxPC-3 cells, but lowly expressed in 293T cells ((0.78±0.02), (0.53±0.05) and (0.36±0.03), F=102.22, P<0.001; t values: 0.43, 0.18, both P<0.01). The uptake of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP in U87MG cells was higher than that in BxPC-3 cells (5 154.00±216.70 vs 4 344.00±60.88; t=3.10, P=0.027). Excessive unlabeled VAP polypeptide could significantly reduce the uptake of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP both in U87MG and BxPC-3 cells (3 324.00±54.14, 3 270.00±131.10; t values: 8.19, 7.43, both P<0.01). The uptake of 68Ga-DOTA-VAP in U87MG tumor tissue was higher than that in BxPC-3 tumor tissue ((1.98±0.20) vs (1.30±0.08) percentage activity of injection dose per gram of tissue (%ID/g); t=5.48, P=0.005), while co-injection of excessive unlabeled VAP polypeptide significantly reduced the uptake in U87MG and BxPC-3 tumors ((0.99±0.02) and (0.62±0.05) %ID/g; t values: 8.32, 12.25, both P<0.05). MicroPET/CT imaging showed that 68Ga-DOTA-VAP could clearly display U87MG and BxPC-3 tumors, and U87MG had a better imaging effect. The tumors could not be clearly visualized after co-injection of excessive VAP polypeptide. Conclusion:68Ga-DOTA-VAP molecular probe binds with GRP78 specifically and can reflect the expression level of GRP78 in vivo, which may be a promising probe for the specific imaging diagnosis of GRP78-positive tumors.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To compare the diagnostic efficacy of 68Ga-prostate specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-11 PET/CT and 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) PET/CT in TNM staging before radical prostatectomy. Methods:From July 2018 to December 2019, a total of 67 patients ((67.5±6.8) years) with prostate cancer diagnosed pathologically by radical surgery in Renji Hospital, School of Medicine, Shanghai Jiao Tong University were retrospectively enrolled. All patients underwent 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT whole-body scans before surgery. Results of PET/CT were compared with pathological diagnosis after surgery to compare the diagnostic efficiencies of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT for preoperative TNM staging ( χ2 test). The differences of the maximum standardized uptake value (SUV max) in primary lesions between 2 imaging methods were compared by Mann-Whitney U test. Patients were divided into low-risk, intermediate-risk and high-risk for stratified analysis. Results:Among 67 patients, 9 were with low-risk, 19 were with intermediate-risk, 39 were with high-risk. For T staging, 59 (88.06%, 59/67) patients showed positive results by 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT imaging, with median SUV max of 13.80(7.30, 22.40) for 67 patients; 31(46.27%, 31/67) patients showed positive results in 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging, with median SUV max of 4.00(3.10, 5.60) ( U=62, P<0.05). Stratifed analysis showed that the detection rate of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT was higher than that of 18F-FDG PET/CT in intermediate-risk patients (17/19 vs 6/19; χ2=4.920, P<0.05). Among 67 patients, 10 were diagnosed as N1 stage based on the pathological results. The sensitivities, specificities, accuracies, positive predictive values and negative predictive values of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT and 18F-FDG PET/CT for detecting positive regional lymph nodes were 6/10, 87.72%(50/57), 83.58%(56/67), 6/13, 92.59%(50/54) and 4/10, 89.47%(51/57), 82.09%(55/67), 4/10, 89.47%(51/57), respectively. 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT detected 15 patients (22.39%, 15/67) with M1 stage, and 18F-FDG PET/CT identified 9 patients (13.43%, 9/67; χ2=35.436, P<0.05). Conclusions:As for T staging, the detection rate of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT in the intermediate-risk group is better than 18F-FDG PET/CT. In N and M staging, the detection rates of 68Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT are higher than those of 18F-FDG PET/CT.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the c-Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK), CCAAT/enhancer-binding protein homologous protein (CHOP) pathway apoptosis and the changes of cytokine levels in immune-related organs and tissues of sepsis mice at different time points.Methods:Twenty-seven male BALB/c mice were divided into normal group, sepsis 6 hours group and sepsis 12 hours group by the block randomization method, with 9 mice in each group. The sepsis model was made by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Blood sample was collected from each group at the corresponding time point, and the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL-1β, IL-10) were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The spleen, thymus and appendix tissues were taken from the mice to detect the expressions of phosphorylation-JNK (p-JNK), JNK1, CHOP and cleaved caspase-3 protein by Western Blot. Results:The level of cytokines, p-JNK/JNK1 ratio, CHOP and caspase-3 in spleen tissues, and the CHOP, caspase-3 in thymus and appendix tissue in the sepsis 6 hours group were significantly higher than those in the normal group [serum TNF-α (ng/L): 24.29±3.09 vs. 2.93±2.09, serum IL-1β (ng/L): 5.00±3.19 vs. 3.54±1.53, serum IL-10 (ng/L): 1 963.93±270.20 vs. 275.09±45.21, spleen p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 0.257±0.126 vs. 0.154±0.068, spleen CHOP/β-actin: 0.201±0.131 vs. 0.142±0.068, spleen caspase-3/β-actin: 0.215±0.126 vs. 0.098±0.088, thymus CHOP/β-actin: 0.122±0.071 vs. 0.089±0.067, thymus caspase-3/β-actin: 0.258±0.145 vs. 0.108±0.045, appendix CHOP/β-actin: 0.361±0.134 vs. 0.215±0.112, appendix caspase-3/β-actin: 0.439±0.211 vs. 0.321±0.145, all P < 0.05]. However, there were no significant difference in the p-JNK/JNK1 ratio in thymus and appendix (thymus p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 1.221±0.776 vs. 1.168±0.475, appendix p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 2.014±1.227 vs. 1.828±0.915, both P > 0.05). Cytokine levels and the p-JNK/JNK1 ratio, CHOP, caspase-3 in spleen, thymus, and appendix in the sepsis 12 hours group were further increased when compared with those in the sepsis 6 hours group, except for a significant decrease in IL-10 level [serum IL-10 (ng/L): 1 698.98±210.52 vs. 1 963.93±270.20, serum TNF-α (ng/L): 41.66±6.57 vs. 24.29±3.09, serum IL-1β (ng/L): 10.37±4.14 vs. 5.00±3.19, spleen p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 0.399±0.135 vs. 0.257±0.126, spleen CHOP/β-actin: 0.298±0.145 vs. 0.201±0.131, spleen caspase-3/β-actin: 0.353±0.145 vs. 0.215±0.126, thymus p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 1.667±0.891 vs. 1.221±0.776, thymus CHOP/β-actin: 0.207±0.133 vs. 0.122±0.071, thymus caspase-3/β-actin: 0.416±0.179 vs. 0.258±0.145, appendix p-JNK/JNK1 ratio: 2.425±1.361 vs. 2.014±1.227, appendix CHOP/β-actin: 0.456±0.189 vs. 0.361±0.134, appendix caspase-3/β-actin: 0.635±0.289 vs. 0.439±0.211, all P < 0.05]. Conclusions:The endoplasmic reticulum pathway JNK and CHOP pathways are involved in immune-related cell apoptosis and cytokine expression in mice with sepsis. Apoptosis is more obvious at 12 hours than at 6 hours, and the inflammatory response is stronger.

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the application of students as standardized patients in orthopedical practice teaching of foreign medical students. Methods:A total of 116 students who received Surgical practice teaching in Affiliated Renhe Hospital of China Three Gorges University from January 2014 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups. Bedside teaching model was adopted in the control group ( n=58) to help the interns manage the in-patients under the guidance of the teacher. Additional teaching using standardized patients was applied 1 to 2 times per week in the experimental group ( n=58) on the basis of control group. After the teaching, practical test and assessment survey were adopted to evaluate the effectiveness of teaching. SPSS 13.0 was used to analyze the data by t-test. Results:The scores of the practical test of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group, such as history taking [(15.23±3.15) vs. (13.56±3.54), P=0.008], physical examination [(17.24±4.23) vs. (10.32±3.75), P=0.000], and basic skill [(17.32±2.58) vs. (13.22±3.65), P=0.000]. The assessment survey showed that learning motivation [(8.25±1.04) vs. (4.82±0.93), P=0.000], and communication ability [(6.22±1.12) vs. (5.59±0.89), P=0.001] of the experimental group were effectively improved than those of the control group. Conclusion:The teaching mode using standardized patients can effectively improve the learning motivation and clinical practical skills of foreign medical students, as well as the teaching quality.

ABSTRACT

With the acceleration of the population aging in China, the health problems and the demands of health services such as health check-up for rural residents should attract the attention of the whole society. The group standard entitled Health check-up guide for rural residents (T/CHAA 005-2019), was written by experienced researchers from Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention and other professional institutes coordinated by Chinese Health Association. The standard aims to establish a service model that takes health information collection as a means, health risk assessment, health risk intervention and information services as the core, improving the health of rural residents as the target.
